Terms of service.
Written to be read. If a line is unclear that is my fault: write to me and I will rewrite it.
Last updated: 12 August 2026. These terms are under review by a lawyer before subscriptions open.
1. Who I am and what I sell
The service is provided by Wajdi Ben Slama, data controller under the GDPR. Contact: bywbs@bywbs.com, Telegram @bywbs. I sell a subscription covering the build and ongoing management of a website, domain and one mailbox. No services requiring manual work to order are sold.
2. Twelve-month minimum term
The Targa, Presenza and Firma subscriptions are monthly, with no minimum term. They can be cancelled at any time by written message, without penalty and without having to give a reason: the service stays active until the end of the period already paid for and is not renewed.
3. Ownership: what is mine, what is yours
The site, source code, layout, the generated text and the domain remain licensed. The client is granted the right to use them for the duration of the subscription. When the subscription ends the site is switched off and the domain is not transferred. All material the client supplied — text, photographs, logo, documents — remains the property of the client and is returned on request.
4. Renewal
The subscription is monthly and renews month to month until cancelled: there is no tacit multi-year renewal clause and no committed period. The client may cancel at any time by written message, with no minimum notice, no penalty and no obligation to give a reason. The service stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
6. What is not included
Not included: daily management of social profiles, writing articles or periodic newsletters, building online shops, the creation and management of the Google Business Profile listing, and the purchase of paid photography or typeface licences. Other work is agreed as a project, quoted separately.
7. Prices and payment
The amounts shown on the site are the amounts charged: nothing is added at the payment stage. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, which emails the client a payment receipt immediately after the charge. The provider does not operate under an Italian VAT number and therefore does not issue a VAT invoice.
8. Results
The provider commits to the activities, not to rankings. No search position is guaranteed, nor any minimum number of enquiries: both depend on factors — competition, seasonality, market — outside the provider control.
9. Suspension and termination
Where payment is not made, the service may be suspended fifteen days after the due date, following written notice. The client may request the return of their own material at any time, including after the relationship has ended.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Vicenza have jurisdiction, save where the law provides otherwise on a mandatory basis.
